SAAP conducted an awareness campaign to support flood victims, with the primary objective of highlighting the needs of those affected by floods and addressing their necessities. The campaign aimed to raise awareness in society to effectively tackle the challenges posed by the floods. Additionally, it sought to provide essential medical services to the flood victims and actively contributed to the rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts for those affected.
SAAP extended an invitation to all to participate in the "Walk-a-Cause" event, urging individuals to take a moment during the auspicious month of Ramadan to show support and concern for the flood victims. The "JAGAO Walk-a-Cause" took place on August 29, 2010, starting from Village Restaurant, Sea View, at 11:00 a.m. and concluding at McDonald's (Sea View). Participants joined in to demonstrate the true spirit of fraternity and solidarity.
